UPS (UNITED PARCEL SERVICE)
Options are UPS Ground, 2nd Day Air, and Next Day Air. If your package is shipped to an address in the United States, it is insured and if it is lost or damaged, we will send you a replacement. All delivery dates are estimates, which means there is no guarantee when your package will arrive. At this time, UPS 2nd Day Air and UPS Next Day Air shipments may arrive sooner, but there are no guaranteed arrival dates because UPS is not making any guarantees. There is no guarantee when an order will arrive if it is shipped to an international address and they are not insured, which means if an order gets lost or damaged, we cannot replace it.
USPS (UNITED STATES POSTAL SERVICE)
AdventSource can also ship packages via USPS. Please note that orders shipped via USPS are not insured. This means refunds or replacements are not available for orders that never arrive or are damaged. USPS’s shipping times are estimates, so we cannot guarantee when your package will arrive. Also, there is no tracking information available for First Class Mail.
FedEx (FEDERAL EXPRESS)
If your package is shipped to an address in the United States, it is insured and if it gets lost or damaged, we will send you a replacement. All delivery dates are estimates, which means there is no guarantee when your package will arrive. At this time, FedEx 2nd Day, Standard Overnight, Priority Overnight and First Overnight shipments may arrive sooner, but there are no guaranteed arrival dates because FedEx is not making any guarantees. AdventSource can ship to an international address, but shipments are not insured, which means we cannot replace or give you a refund for an order that is lost or damaged. International shipments are also not guaranteed on the estimated arrival date.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS
AdventSource ships via UPS, USPS, and FedEx. International customers are responsible for additional costs such as customs charges, taxes, and other fees related to importing of goods into their country. If you don't pay the customs charges, your package will be abandoned and we cannot refund you for your order or replace it. AdventSource is not responsible for any delivery delays. Please be aware that with USPS, there is no tracking information once the shipment leaves the United States.
