Seven Reasons to Attend Sabbath School
The majority of churches in the Southwestern Union enjoy a larger attendance for the divine worship service than for any other service on Sabbath morning. The time allotted for Sabbath School is woefully lacking. The reasons are many and varied. However, attending divine worship alone robs a person of a complete Sabbath worship experience.
Make your worship experience complete by taking advantage of the time allotted for “The Church at Study”—Sabbath School. You will receive:
1. An opportunity for meaningful scriptural dialogue.
2. An opportunity to ask questions and share insights from your own study of scripture.
3. Insight in making scripture practical in everyday living.
4. Preparation of heart and mind to receive the blessings of the divine worship service.
5. An opportunity to fellowship with other believers and share experiences that will strengthen your walk with the Lord.
6. A broader viewpoint of the worldwide work of the Adventist Church.
7. A richer, more meaningful experience with the Lord Jesus Christ in an environment of concentrated study of His Holy Word.
