About the Authors

Petr Cincala is an associate professor of missiology and research at Andrews University in Berrien Springs, MI; he has served as the executive director of Natural Church Development American since 2016.

Allison Sauceda writes for the Institute of Church Ministry and Natural Church Development, and is assistant editor for the Journal of Applied Christian Leadership. She lives in Columbus, Ohio with her husband and children.
