As a lighthouse guides a ship caught in a raging storm, so does this volume illuminate the path for navigating life’s proverbial dark tunnel. This book suggests that radical faith glows in life’s dark vicissitudes. Tom Bodett once said, “The difference between school and life is this; in school you are taught a lesson and then given a test. In life you are given a test that teaches you a lesson.” According to this book, the dark storms of life are for our instruction, not destruction. Faith will guide better than sight. The darker the storm, the brighter faith glows.
